Article Request/Inquiry

For any request of article writing, in order to facilitate the customers we offer two methods for different needs either customers order the task directly into the system or our team members can provide any further assistance.

Method 1 – CWS system

The client can conduct article writing inquiry directly without having our officers involved. The service system is available at all time therefore this will facilitate the client for their work inquiry.  Requiring registration and payment transferring into the system first then CSW system (Client and Writer System) would be able to function. The system will deduct the amount of expense according to the number of articles request and would show the expense of each article then the client would know the exactly expense before work starting.

PROCESS

2. Adding the payment into the system
   To transfer the money into the system then please forward the receipt information to either line or e-mail. We suggest the minimum amount transferring is at 300 Baht.

• Forward payment transferring document
• To indicate the username and email as registered

3. The clients place the orders for article writing

After the client made the payment and sending the money transferring receipt, then the client can communicate directly to the writer.

In some circumstance, it is important for the client to notify our staff for any articles that would require higher writing standard and involved with technical terms or any particular languages as this is to avoid an error.

The officer will provide a consultation and communicate with the writer to ensure that the task is completed according to the need of the customers and without communication error.

Work PROCESS

The staff will question on article inquiry as each task would have its own sophisticated writing style such as

• Company profile writing
• Technical writing
• Particular layout inquiry
• Printing task
• Task that would request an understanding prior to writing

After questioning then the staff would provide the task summary for clear and correct communication.

3.Payment method

After checking on work condition and summary a discussion result then the staff will notify the client on expense, condition of work delivery, payment method and any other details for client acknowledgement and payment transferring.

4. Task delivery

Task will be delivered according to agreed due date and condition.
